My First Post

Thursday, February 10th, 2005

Today I begin my first blog…….I’m only five years behind. I’m feeling exhilarated today, I sold my first item on ebay. I’m now a digital millenium man. I had bought two tickets to a 3 Doors Down show in Clemson, SC and afterwards found out that my work conflicted with my wish to see the show. Enter the ebay.

Do you ever get the thought that your pets are smarter than you but just want to annoy the hell out of you by doing stupid things. Those are my animals.

Anyway, sorry, I paid $50 for the two tickets plus the hellacious ticketmaster charges bringing the total of the tickets to $70 and some change. When I found out that I couldn’t go to the show I was hoping that I would take too big a loss on selling the tickets. I was wrong. I did a three day sale and by today the bid for both tickets had gotten up to $102 and I figured I couldn’t have done any better. After shipping the winner is paying $122 for the tickets and I make a profit of $34, no bad.

Now I’m contemplating selling more stuff on ebay, there’s actual money to be made there!

Anyway, enough with post numero uno and I’ll put up a post soon with an abbreviated history of myself. :)
